The Secret Planet series is an initiative rooted in a beloved NYC mini-fest and dedicated to promoting acoustic and traditional music, and the communities that sustain it. Together, we’re bringing a diverse array of phenomenal global artists to Cape Cod, nurturing cultural awareness, artistic excellence, and community connection.

Embark on a mesmerizing musical journey with Soundscape—an evening of Indian classical and folk music in the stunning acoustic setting of Wellfleet Preservation Hall.

Experience the rare opportunity to hear two internationally acclaimed artists up close: Kunal Gunjal, a Santoor virtuoso and disciple of the legendary Pt. Shivkumar Sharma, and Amit Kavthekar, a tabla master trained by Ustad Allarakha and Ustad Zakir Hussain. Together, they create a sonic landscape that is rich in rhythm, melody, and cultural heritage.

Both artists have graced prestigious stages worldwide and collaborated with icons across Indian classical, jazz, and world music. Their dynamic interplay of strings and percussion offers a spellbinding fusion of tradition and innovation, perfect for both seasoned listeners and curious newcomers.
