Listening lounge and live performances, weekends through December 2025

WEST BARNSTABLE, MA—November 24, 2025

Cape Symphony Presents announces a collaboration with Wequassett Resort, bringing world-class jazz to Wequassett’s signature five-star restaurant, twenty-eight Atlantic, on weekend evenings through December 27, 2025. “A Taste of Jazz” provides diners with a Listening Lounge experience on Thursday evenings and live performances Fridays and Saturdays.

For the Listening Lounge on December 4, 11, & 18, Rhythmryder will create soundscapes of warm vinyl tones. Rhythmryder is a seasoned vinyl DJ who approaches his craft with reverence for the timeless beauty of jazz on wax. Drawing inspiration from European jazz clubs, Rhythmryder’s mixes range from modern to classic sounds, encompassing Cuban, Afrobeat, Japanese, Brazilian, French, Scandinavian, and Latin rhythms, and Blue Note classics. December 4 will showcase Tokyo Jazz, and December 11 & 18 will feature Global Jazz.

The Cape Symphony Presents lineup for A Taste of Jazz: Live at twenty-eight Atlantic features a variety of specially selected Latin, world, and classic jazz artists: Ott/Lopes Organic Duo on November 28; Yulia & Fernando on December 5 & 6; Joe Mongelli Trio on December 12; NO3 Organic with Steve Fell on December 13; Daniel Ian Smith/Anibal Cruz Duo on December 19; Daniel Ian Smith/Jim Robitaille Duo on December 20; and Trotamundos on December 26 & 27.
