Payment Options
Full payment or payment plan arrangements must be made before your first scheduled class or private lesson.
You may pay in full at the beginning of the year ($75 discount), or opt for a monthly payment plan of three or more installments.
Tuition must be paid in full before the last scheduled class or lesson.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are offered at no additional cost. The first installment is due before the first scheduled class or lesson, and full payment must be received one month before the last scheduled class or lesson.
Students enrolled in a payment plan must provide a credit card to be kept on file for automatic scheduled payments. If this is not possible, you must meet with the Education Director to make alternative arrangements. However, the payment plan must be converted to a credit card on file if scheduled invoice payments are missed.
We reserve the right to suspend class or lesson attendance due to non-payment.
Payment Methods
We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
A $35.00 fee will be assessed for bounced checks or declined credit cards. If you need to change a credit card on file for automatic payments, please notify us promptly to avoid that fee.
Discounts
- Cape Cod Community College Discount: Students taking classes at CCCC may be able to register for private lessons and have them paid for through the college. Contact Dean of Arts, Humanities, and Adult Education

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for more information. - CSYOP/CSYC Tuition Waiver: Students enrolled in private lessons at Cape Symphony Conservatory receive a full tuition waiver for the Cape Symphony Youth Orchestra Program if accepted to that program. Students enrolled in private voice lessons at Cape Symphony Conservatory receive a full tuition waiver for the Cape Symphony Youth Chorus.
- Family Discount: Registration fees are capped at $50 for families with multiple students registered for lessons or classes.
- Pay-in-Full Discount: Students who pay in full when they register for a full year of private lessons (32 to 36 weeks, depending on the day) receive a $75 discount.
- Senior Discount: Registration fees are waived for students 65 and older. Register in person or over the phone to receive this discount.
- Social Services Discount: Tuition is 100% covered for students who are foster children.
We will only apply one discount, giving students the best discount possible. However, CSYOP and CSYC tuition waivers apply regardless of other discounts.
