Kelly Kean is a seasoned actress who seamlessly transitions between stage and screen, captivating audiences with her talent and versatility. After a thriving career in Los Angeles, she relocated to Cape Cod with her husband and daughter during the pandemic, enriching the local arts scene with her performances.
This past March Kelly filmed “Ella McCay” with Jamie Lee Curtis and director James L. Brooks set to come out in 2025. Her television credits include roles in popular shows such as "Days of Our Lives" and "Dexter: New Blood", along with numerous appearances on Comedy Central, and over 50 national commercials.
Living in Los Angeles for over 20 years, Kelly is a proud member of SAG/AFTRA and studied with acclaimed acting coaches Larry Moss, Jen Krater, Sondra Kerr-Blake, Anthony Meindl, and Paolo Pagliacolo. Additionally, she refined her improvisational talents at the prestigious Upright Citizens Brigade.
Since moving to Cape Cod, Kelly has been in three stage productions. Her portrayal of Agnes in "Agnes of God" at the Sandwich Arts Alliance was hailed by the Cape Cod Times as a highlight of the 2023 theater season. She has also delighted audiences with her performances in "Pack of Lies" and "An Inspector Calls" at the Barnstable Comedy Club.
Kelly’s dedication to her craft, coupled with her impressive experience and training, makes her a valuable asset to Cape Symphony’s expansive arts education program.
