Experience a concert filled with reflection, remembrance, and reverence for those who have served.

Celebrate the vibrant spirit of spring with your Cape Symphony Orchestra. This program will awaken the senses and conjure the season of renewal in all its shades of beauty. Lili Boulanger’s D’un matin de printemps shimmers with youthful energy and the brightness of a new day, setting the stage for Debussy’s languorous, dreamy Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun, a masterpiece of impressionistic color and sensuality. After intermission, Mahler’s monumental Symphony No. 5 unfolds—a journey from darkness and grief to hope and triumph, culminating in the radiant beauty of its famous Adagietto.
